Dans un ancien chai de 600 m2, l'architecte a créé une cour pavée, un jardin et une grande maison. Pour le jardin, il a creusé à l'intérieur du chai. L'architecture est très contemporaine tout en gardant la structure industrielle. Réalisé par: Christophe Bernard
